Everyone is gifted with skills or tendancies that just come naturally to us in our lives, ALL of us. If you are fortunate enough to have discovered your areas of “giftedness,” then you are in a great place to be a significant influence in this world.

The reality is many of us do not have any idea what our natural talents are or if we do, how to maximize our impact on those around us utilizing those gifts. Having taught Spiritual Gifts Assessment for over 25 years allows us to help you discover your unique giftedness, talents, and skills that have been with you since birth. We then help you figure out how to make the most of that giftedness in your world.

BUT WHO ARE YOU?

Another important area of personal growth is in truly understanding WHO we are. How do we relate to others around us? What is the best way to maximize our interactions with others?

Often this can be done through several different tests and self-discovery methods and will often have participants place themselves in a four quadrant grid separating out the four major personality traits commonly discussed in the world today. You may be familiar with these methods like DISC, Enneagram, Myers & Briggs, some of which try and show value for their method through further breakdown of the four basic types into 8, 16, or more subgroups.

While these tests are a great way to start, without a conversation with a professional, it is like giving someone the tools – a Saw, Hammer, Level, Nails – and then expecting them to build a home without a blueprint. The discussions with us allow an individual to take the tools they naturally have been given in life and design the home of their dreams. We also help you to see the specific pathways to building that home by using a blueprint of action created to get that custom home built to your unique specifications.
