Pricing
“Make your next move your best move.”

At System Controlled Services, we believe that there are multiple ways to reach your end goal. With that in mind, we offer both TIME based and OUTCOME based pricing structures. By allowing clients to choose the method they prefer, SCS is able to create best case scenarios in which you have direct input and buy-in over the cost of what you receive as a benefit for our time together.
TIME based
Pay based on time spent
Outcome based
Pay based on achieved milestones
But which is the right method for me?
This depends on analyzing your ultimate desire for short term vs. long term gain. Both are valid. Time methodology works best for quick hit results for immediate problems but has limited investment in future cultural gain. If you have specific needs or problems that you wish to seek aid in solving, this method is most cost efficient as it allows you to immediately control expense and gain results ratio. This can also be used as a method of testing the waters to see if Continuous Improvement is a fit for your company. You can always upgrade to the outcome based method later.
While the outcome based method of payment is often the more expensive method, the actual benefit is a cultural change within the business creating a long-term success through your own employees. During this extended interaction the company’s employees truly become implementors of the Continuous Improvement mindset and lead CI actions long after we are gone. Basically, the higher cost is an investment in educating your employees to solve tomorrow’s problems while addressing today’s needs. To be successful, this method requires a minimum time commitment of 6 months.
