Larry Stika, Founder and Change Management Champion
Father, Grandfather, Husband, Peer, Advisor, Mentor, Friend
Larry is a problem solver and process specialist, dedicated to improving people’s lives and the impact they have on their organizations and communities. Passionate about finding ways to empower teams, Larry believes in using people’s talents, giftedness, and skillsets to discover better ways of working. Using methods rooted in efficiency, flexibility and honesty, Larry provides unique solutions that facilitate process improvement, process management, SWOT analysis and company culture analysis.
When not crunching numbers, developing flow charts and inspiring the next generation of change agents, Larry is a strategic chess player, avid motorcyclist, Star Wars fan (his pets are all named after characters from the movie), cooking enthusiast and billiards player. At his core, Larry truly works to serve others by encouraging, supporting and enabling those around him to unfold their full potential and abilities.
